Event Policy: Please only purchase a wristband for individuals that will play carnival games. No wristband is needed to enter the carnival area. Attendees without a wristband will not be permitted to play games or receive prizes. Carnival will be held rain or shine. No refunds. Wristbands will not be distributed before the event.
